ScaleHub's partnership with Connected Women (CW) has unlocked new economic opportunities for women in the Philippines.
By tapping into this talented and motivated workforce, ScaleHub and Connected Women are bridging the digital divide accelerating business while our first year of collaboration, 46 job placements were created:
- Invoice project - 10 Data Annotators (10 jobs)
- Mortgage project - 10 Data Annotators (10 jobs)
- Forms project - 10 Data Annotators, 2 QA leads (12 jobs)
- Dutch capture - 12 Data Annotators, 2 QA leads (14 jobs)
This work involves checking and correcting data for specific business processes as well as data entry, labeling and annotation.
Our work-from-anywhere model provides valuable support to organizations beyond the borders of the basic processing, Japanese insurance claims, Dutch public sector forms, tax firms, and decreasing tax German and US healthcare patient files and onboarding documents.
Through upskilling training, Connected Women has prepared women like Sostion to take on high-tech tasks as a team member who had also lost her job during COVID-19 and a typhoon.
Now as a Data Annotator, she is able to find a flexible solution. As a widow and mother of four, she finds it easier to work from home to balance the flexibility to care for the children.
"It is a big help for me financially. In addition to earnings, I am able to provide for the basic needs of my kids. Professionally, the upskilling sessions we have received give me new knowledge, especially the upskilling sessions we have received. It is a great motivation that I can be more productive every day."
